"I joined GMAC Real Estate Fine Properties 6 months ago after getting my broker's license. Prior to joining GMAC I interviewed with other agencies in Santa Fe but did not think that I would be a good match with those companies. A realtor and personal friend who worked at GMAC arranged an interview for me with Lynn G-Scott, The Qualifying Broker. GMAC took a chance with me and offered me a position. My background was that of a retired medical school professor with 30 years of clinical experience and no sales experience. Talk about a cold start! After six months I feel that I have a very active sales career. This was due in part to the training I received. While some training was formal, most of it was informal and consisted of interactions with the other brokers and the Qualifying Broker. Whenever I had a question, there was always someone who could answer it or get someone who could answer the question. I think that having realtors, developers, a title and mortgage company all under one roof is an incredible asset. GMAC also has an excellent support staff. With our new website I expect an even better client list to work with. Finally, I think that our kitchen has the best coffee in town!"

When I joined GMAC a year ago it was because of the training that was offered. Since I've been here, I've realized that there is something much more powerful. It is the stability, experience, and support that is all around me. I have open access to knowledge. There are people here paid to help me any time of the day or night plus there are agents who have been around for over 20 years who are happy to share their knowledge with me.
